These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wib4d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and wib4d ("wib4d", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the wib4d website located at https://wib4d.bet and all associated services, products, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any service on the wib4d Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. wib4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia to register an Account on the wib4d Platform. wib4d's Payment Methods, customer support infrastructure, and promotional calendar are all designed specifically for players based in Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are subject to a court order, legal guardianship arrangement, or any other restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily requested through wib4d or imposed by any other gambling operator or regulatory body — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion arrangement by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
Age Restriction: wib4d is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling is not suitable for children or minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the wib4d Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — including accounts registered from the same device, IP address, household, or linked Payment Method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wib4d will close all duplicate accounts without notice and may permanently ban the associated player from the Platform. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at wib4d's sole discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number. You undertake to promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration. wib4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or log in to another player's account. You agree to notify wib4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. wib4d will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password.
wib4d operates a mandatory identity verification process to comply with its international licensing obligations and to prevent underage gambling, money laundering, and fraud. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:
Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being initiated may result in the request being cancelled. wib4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, not only at the point of withdrawal.
All wib4d Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). wib4d does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals, and no foreign-exchange fees are charged by wib4d on IDR transactions.
wib4d currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Payment Methods: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific Payment Methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of supported methods is always displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit or withdrawal.
The minimum single deposit on the wib4d Platform is Rp 10.000. The maximum single deposit and daily cumulative deposit limits are determined by your account tier and the Payment Method selected, and are displayed in the deposit interface. wib4d reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming intervention measures.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within three minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within one banking hour for bank-transfer withdrawals, subject to the operating hours and processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be directed to a Payment Method registered in the same name as the wib4d Account; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
As a standard anti-money-laundering control, wib4d requires that withdrawals be made to the same Payment Method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Any remaining balance above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any registered Payment Method associated with the Account.
wib4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently of wib4d. wib4d accepts no responsibility for third-party charges imposed by Payment Method providers.
If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails due to incorrect bank account details, an expired e-wallet token, or a Payment Method service interruption, the funds will be returned to the originating source within three to five business days. wib4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party Payment Method providers. In the event of a failed withdrawal, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, referral credits, and other promotional incentives offered by wib4d are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In all cases, specific promotion terms take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this clause where the two conflict.
Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering is calculated on the total Bonus Funds amount (not on any subsequent winnings). Only wagers placed on eligible Game categories contribute toward the Wagering Requirement; the eligible categories are specified per promotion.
wib4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a withdrawal-eligible balance; systematically exploiting low-edge games to clear wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim a single-account bonus more than once; and colluding with other players to share bonus value. Accounts found to be engaging in any form of bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, be suspended from future promotional offers, or be permanently closed.
wib4d regularly runs promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Christmas. Promotional periods, qualifying criteria, and reward values are announced in advance on the Platform. wib4d reserves the right to modify, extend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice in the event of technical error, suspected abuse, or changed commercial circumstances.
Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or unactivated for more than 30 calendar days from the date of credit will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to activate and use Bonus Funds within the applicable validity window stated in the promotion terms.
All Games offered on the wib4d Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer dealing procedures audited by independent testing laboratories. Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform system. In the event of a technical dispute, wib4d's server logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes.
If a Game session is interrupted due to a network failure, browser crash, or Platform maintenance window before a round is completed, the round will be resolved automatically upon reconnection using the last confirmed game state recorded by wib4d's servers. Any credits or winnings resulting from an interrupted round will be applied to your Account Balance accordingly.
All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola / online football bookmaking), BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia international matches, and all other available markets — are governed by wib4d's sportsbook rules, accessible from the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the combined payout to be awarded; a single void or lost selection results in loss of the accumulator. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance; the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to a settled bet.
In the event of a Game malfunction — including software error, display error, or incorrect odds publication — wib4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. wib4d will not honour winnings that arise directly from a demonstrable Game malfunction, regardless of the amount displayed at the time. Malfunction voids play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wib4d Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the wib4d Platform — including but not limited to the wib4d brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, Game content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of wib4d or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. wib4d collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted during Account registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Platform use. All personal data handling is governed by wib4d's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
Key data-handling principles applied by wib4d include: collection limited to what is necessary for the provision of services; data retained only for as long as required by law or operational necessity; implementation of 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption across all data in transit; and no sale or commercial transfer of personal data to unrelated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or our licensing obligations.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to wib4d processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where separately opted into).
wib4d targets 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. wib4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government-mandated service interruptions.
Gambling involves inherent financial risk. wib4d accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players on the Platform. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risk of loss associated with wagering activities, and that wib4d is not responsible for the outcome of any Game, bet, or wager.
wib4d integrates third-party services including Payment Method providers, Game studios, and data suppliers. wib4d is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or loss arising from the independent operations of these third parties. Any disputes with Payment Method providers (such as bank transfer delays) should be raised directly with the relevant provider, with wib4d's support team available to assist where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wib4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wib4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to wib4d, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform; or (d) a regulatory or licensing obligation requires the action. Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited if it is derived from fraudulent or abusive activity.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting wib4d support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered Payment Method within three business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon Account closure or termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law survive termination of these Terms indefinitely.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wib4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — that cannot be resolved through wib4d's internal complaint-resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
Players based in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
wib4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wib4d will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
